The Hague, November 02, 2026: Introducing mobile connectivity services has traditionally required businesses to navigate lengthy carrier negotiations, regulatory procedures and infrastructure arrangements. Netherlands-based technology company Braid is seeking to simplify this process through an API-driven platform that allows enterprises to integrate connectivity into their existing digital products.
The company has raised $38 million in Series A funding led by Octopus Ventures, with participation from KPN Ventures, the strategic investment arm of Dutch telecommunications operator KPN.
Launched in 2023, Braid has secured its first external investment after operating without outside capital. The company said it is profitable and cash-flow positive, with close to 90 enterprise customers, including major global fintech and travel brands.
