Synopsis
Philanthropist Susan Dell fueled a lot of social media buzz when she appeared at the White House with her husband, Michael Dell, and US President Donald Trump. The October 7 event focused on the Trump Accounts programme, which offers eligible children with a $1,000 government seed deposit in investment accounts. However, online discussions soon shifted toward Susan's facial expressions, makeup and overall appearance.
Social media discussions sometimes shift away from the purpose of an event and toward an individual's appearance. That was the case following philanthropist Susan Dell's recent appearance at the White House, where online users focused on her facial expressions, makeup and mannerisms rather than solely on the financial initiative she attended to support.
