Vivriti Asset Management has completed and exited its Vintage II credit funds, returning over Rs 2,260 crore in capital and income. The funds invested across more than 45 companies, delivering gross IRRs of around 12% to 15%.
Vivriti Asset Management (VAM), an Indian private credit asset manager, announced the completion and exit of its Vintage II funds, comprising three performing credit schemes, within their stipulated fund life and in line with their objectives.
With the completion of these exits, VAM has returned more than Rs 3,400 crore to investors through capital repayments and income distributions across two fund vintages. The funds operated through periods marked by changes in business conditions, policy rates, liquidity and the geopolitical environment.
