Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers of ₹4,699.14 crore in Indian equities on Monday on a provisional basis, while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) bought shares worth ₹5,181.62 crore.
FII selling moderated from the previous session, when foreign investors offloaded ₹9,484.22 crore. DIIs, meanwhile, continued to absorb the selling pressure after buying ₹10,041.84 crore in the previous session.
