ASK Alternates, part of Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has raised more than $500 crore for its second private credit fund within five months of its launch, the company said on Tuesday (October 6).
The ASK Private Credit Fund - Series B has a target corpus of ₹1,000 crore, with a greenshoe option of up to ₹1,500 crore. More than 100 Indian family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) have participated in the fundraise, according to the company.
Of the capital raised so far, around 30% has been called and is expected to be deployed across two transactions in the healthcare and entertainment sectors. ASK said it has a pipeline of opportunities across manufacturing, renewable energy, consumer and retail, and defence.
